While we are keeping the body and mind healthy, it is important for us to protect our sight from the harmful rays of the sun.
Unprotected prolong exposure to Ultraviolet rays (UV) from the Sun increases the risk of cataracts development, unwanted degenerations of the eye and in severe cases, can cause undesirable damage to the back of the your eye. Ultraviolet damage is accumulative, therefore it is imperative for you to start protecting your eyes early.
